Job Summary

The BI Developer designs, builds, and maintains data-driven reporting and analytics systems. This role transforms raw data into insights through dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and integrate data for operational and managerial reporting.
  • Design and develop BI solutions including ETL pipelines, data models, dashboards, and warehouses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Optimize BI system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong SQL and ETL experience.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks.
